• Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.
• Work weekends and some holidays as part of the sales process.

Qualifications

• No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills — both one-on-one and in front of large groups — is a must.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
