Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant in Bakersfield, CA. You will learn products, sell homes and secure contracts, working weekends and some holidays. Expect to follow up with prospects, maintain the sales database and present products to customers.

One to two years of new home sales experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and a Real Estate License. A strong compensation package with benefits is offered.

The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid Real Estate License is required.
