K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC invites you to join our Sales Consultants team in South Carolina, where you’ll learn all home products, sell homes and secure contracts.

It’s a demanding role, but rewarding for those who work hard, are coachable and enjoy meeting people. You’ll follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to buyers and monitor local competition, with weekends and some holidays required.

Competenze

• Two years of successful sales experience, new home sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of groups.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and hold an SC Real Estate License.

Mansioni

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid South Carolina Real Estate License is required.
