Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a leader in home building, seeks a Sales Consultant in South Carolina to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.

No new homes sales experience is required, but a proven two-year sales track record is highly preferred. You must deliver exceptional customer service and communication, be coachable, and willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• South Carolina Real Estate License required.

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers,maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Real Estate License for South Carolina is required.
