Job summary

K. Hovnanian® Homes is seeking driven Sales Consultants to join our team in Hilton Head Island. You will learn our products, sell homes, and secure contracts while following a proven sales process that can lead to a six-figure income.

Travel about 10% to meet customers and compete in the market. Requirements include a proven two-year sales track record (new home sales preferred), exceptional customer service and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and South Carolina Real Estate

Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It's a tough job, but it's the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills - both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid South Carolina Real Estate License is required.
