Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking a Sales Consultant to learn products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but the right one if you are coachable, and willing to work weekends and some holidays.

No new homes sales experience required, but a proven two years of sales experience is highly preferred. You must have a valid SC Real Estate license and a valid driver's license.

Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Real Estate License for South Carolina is required.
