Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant in Ocala, FL. You will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts, following up with prospects and maintaining the sales database.

The role requires a proven two-year sales track record, exceptional customer service, and a valid Florida Real Estate License. Weekend work and some holidays are expected, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for one-on-one and group presentations.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and a Florida Real Estate License.
• Proven ability to follow a sales process and work weekends/holidays.
