Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a long‑standing homebuilder, seeks Sales Consultants to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. This is a demanding, rewarding role for those who are coachable and willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Ideal candidates have a college degree (BA preferred) and 1–2 years in a sales‑oriented environment, plus excellent customer service and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required, with comprehensive benefits including

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

College degree, preferably a B.A. in business, marketing, or related curriculum recommended. 1 – 2 years business experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
