Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC in Rosenberg, TX invites energetic sales professionals to join our homebuilding team. As a Sales Consultant, you will learn our products, sell homes and secure contracts, while delivering top-tier customer service.

Candidates should have at least two years of sales experience, ideally in new home sales, with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Responsibilities

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
