Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking Sales Consultants to learn products, sell homes, and secure contracts across new home communities.

The role requires 1–2 years of new home sales experience, exceptional customer service, and willingness to work weekends and some holidays. A Real Estate License is required; base salary is $40K with commissions, offering a total compensation around $200K plus extensive benefits.

One to two years of new home sales experience is required. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid Real Estate License is required.
