Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts, while following up with prospective customers and maintaining the sales database.

The role requires a proven two-year sales track record, excellent customer service and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a Florida Real Estate License. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven sales experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of groups.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid Florida Real Estate License is required. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
