Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to help families find their dream homes and guide them through the purchase journey.

You will follow a proven sales process, present products, secure contracts, and maintain the sales database; weekend and holiday work may be required.

Must have two years of sales experience, Florida Real Estate License, valid driver’s license, and English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience (new home sales preferred).
• Highest level of customer service including exceptional communication, both one-on-one and to groups.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Florida Real Estate License required; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all product offerings, sell homes, and secure contracts.

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Florida Real Estate License is required. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
