Job summary

K. Hovnanian® Homes in Ocala, Florida is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join their successful team. In this role, you will be responsible for following a proven sales process, selling homes, and securing contracts. No new homes sales experience is required, but a proven track record of two years of successful sales is highly preferred.

Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license. A valid Florida Real Estate License is required.
