K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC in New Jersey is seeking Sales Consultants to learn products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work weekends and some holidays.

You will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition. To join our team, you must have two years of successful sales experience; new home sales experience is preferred.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Real Estate License is required.

You can look forward to professional support, performance-based compensation that includes a base salary of $700/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $250,000.
