Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a subsidiary of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Sales Consultant to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but the right role if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.

You must have a proven two-year sales track record; new home sales experience preferred. Exceptional communication skills—one-on-one and in front of large groups—are essential.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

You can look forward to professional support, performance-based compensation that includes a base salary of $______/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000/year.
