Sage in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sales Compliance Specialist to manage pipeline routing and collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT to optimize opportunity flow across Sage Intacct. You will define routing categories, report on KPI and SLAs, and drive process improvements to accelerate close rates and throughput.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Sales Development/Operations, SaaS experience, and proficiency with Eloqua, 6sense, or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Development, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support.
• SaaS sales experience.
• Expertise in Eloqua, 6sense, or Salesforce platforms and integrations.
• Process-savvy with ability to engage sales team users with skill and confidence.
• Analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Track record in managing impactful projects across teams.
• Experience in a high-growth business environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and configure routing categories, KPIs, SLAs and efficiency measurements.
• Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales organization for routing questions.
• Develop revenue-maximizing operational procedures to manage volume and capacity.
• Identify supplemental data to enrich opportunity records.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently and deliver timely results.
• Manage Sales Programs driving opportunity creation and increased close rates.
• Identify improvements to accelerate scale and automate with tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce friction and align policies.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports to monitor performance.
