Builders in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sales Operations Representative to deliver high-quality support to the Sales team and leadership. You will maintain departmental systems, assist with financial operations, coordinate projects, and contribute to marketing initiatives and events.

You will onboard users to applications, support data management, manage travel and expenses, and ensure timely processing of invoices while supporting CRM activities and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or support capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with clear communication to leadership.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task while staying detail oriented.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; maintains confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for departmental applications and provide ongoing data support.
• Offer dedicated support to departmental managers to ensure efficient planning and communications.
• Assist with profit sharing and distribution processes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership and oversee related expense management.
• Compile and manage expense reports and monitor travel expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
• Procure and maintain marketing materials for sales managers and account managers.
• Process departmental invoices and payments, maintaining financial integrity.
• Support creation of marketing and event materials and assist with event logistics.
• Maintain promotional inventory for timely distribution of materials.
• Assist with targeted campaigns using digital marketing tools to engage clients and prospects.
• Produce and distribute agency surveys to gather feedback.
• Provide support for agency and producer licensing and compliance.
• Deliver essential support to Sales team and CRM duties.
