Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst in Burlington, Ontario (Hybrid) with 1–2 years in sales compensation or related analytics. You will manage compensation plans, validate data, and produce performance reports to drive sales effectiveness and financial planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
1–2 years of experience in sales compensation or related analytical roles is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to support leadership with actionable data.

Responsibilities

Administer sales and incentive compensation plans via compensation platform; ensure data validation and audit-ready docs.
Calculate and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive components and bonuses.
Produce sales performance reports and analyze quota attainment and payout implications.
Collaborate with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and financial planning related to compensation.
Support leadership with territory alignment changes and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Contribute to rollout and refinement of compensation plans.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
