Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Accounting team to support the administration of our sales compensation programs. You will help ensure the GTM team is paid timely and accurately by running calculations, validating data, and answering inquiries.

You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and People Ops to translate compensation plans into operational reality. This hands-on, detail-oriented role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics,

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in sales compensation, RevOps, FP&A, or accounting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Working knowledge of sales compensation mechanics (e.g. quotas, accelerators, SPIFFs).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Execute compensation administration and payout processes.
Run quarterly sales compensation calculations and support payouts.
Process commissions, SPIFFs, accelerators, draws, and adjustments per plan terms.
Prepare compensation plan letters and payout statements for review and distribution.
Respond to inquiries, disputes, and exception requests related to sales compensation.
Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and financial systems.
