HP is seeking a Sales Compensation Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead a global team delivering insights, dashboards, and reporting automation for sales compensation leadership. You will guide data modeling, BI development, and governance to enable accurate planning and decision-making.

As a strategic advisor, you translate complex compensation data into actionable recommendations, drive data accuracy, and foster continuous improvement across reporting processes and platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years in reporting/analytics/sales operations or related.
Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads a team of reporting, analytics, and BI professionals.
Owns strategy and delivery of sales compensation reporting and analytics.
Develops executive dashboards and scorecards.
Partners with leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
