Job summary

Pega is seeking a Sales Compensation professional to support the monthly pay process within the Sales Operations team. The role involves data preparation, auditing commissions, and instrumenting system enhancements to improve efficiency.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with sales compensation administration. This is a hybrid role based in Waltham with monthly in-person requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter sales data for commissions processing.
• Collect team input, document user stories, and prioritize system enhancements.
• Audit commission payments for accuracy.
• Contribute to process documentation for monthly pay.
• Participate in testing of Sales Incentive System enhancements and bug fixes.
• Respond to inquiries from Sales Teams about commissions.
