Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the function that delivers actionable insights, reporting solutions, and analytics to Sales Compensation leadership and stakeholders.

You will oversee data modeling, BI dashboards, reporting automation, and governance to enable effective sales compensation planning and decision-making. The role acts as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating complex compensation data into meaningful insights while ensuring data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in reporting, analytics, BI, or related fields.
Experience leading reporting, analytics, or BI teams.
Proven ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops a team of reporting, analytics, and BI professionals.
Owns the strategy and delivery of sales compensation reporting and analytics.
Oversees data models and data architecture needs for reporting solutions.
Leads development of Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
Partners with leadership to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
