Job summary

LB Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in California to re-engage warm leads and convert them into long-term homeowners. You will educate homeowners, build trust, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive setting.

You’ll thrive as a proven closer with exterior home improvement sales experience, comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and motivated by earnings potential. Base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling roofing or exterior home improvement products is preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
