Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Sales Training Manager to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training program focused on robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures. You will ensure sales reps and clinical specialists are equipped with knowledge, skills, and confidence to promote and support these solutions.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and R&D, you will deliver blended learning, manage end-to-end rollout, and measure impact with adoption metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, training development, or sales enablement within medical devices.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive sales and clinical training program.
• Create structured curriculums for sales reps and clinical teams.
• Deliver blended learning via e-learning, in-person, and virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Education, and R&D to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze training effectiveness with metrics and adoption rates and update content accordingly.
