• Co-own the Sales BI roadmap, setting direction for data collection, reporting, and AI-enabled insight delivery.
• Define measurement framework used by sales leadership to run the business, including AI insights validation.
• Shape the BI/AI analytics infrastructure direction with data warehousing, reporting, and AI platforms.
• Lead complex initiatives spanning multiple product lines from scoping to outcomes.
• AI Transformation & Innovation: Set and execute AI strategy for Sales BI and retire legacy methods.
• Architect and deliver production AI agents and automated analytical workflows for daily use.
• Build and prioritize AI use cases with clear business value and adoption metrics.
• Serve as AI subject matter expert and coach analysts on practical AI applications.
