Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, BDC, call center, customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Engage prospective customers and answer questions about vehicle availability and features.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers.
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM.
• Support dealership marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to appointment arrival.
• Work with sales managers to maximize appointment show and sold rates.
