You will engage with customers across calls, email, and chat, maintain the CRM, and work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handover and follow-up, delivering a positive dealership experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic computer software.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Auto Dealership BDC Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our valued customers and our sales team. As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships to enhance their dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Engage with potential and existing customers via email, chat, and other communication channels to promote dealership services and offers.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database, accurately logging all interactions and activities.
• Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and a smooth handover process.
• Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to customer queries regarding vehicle features, financing options, and dealership policies.
• Continuously update personal knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
• Act as an ambassador for the dealership, consistently upholding brand values and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in written communications.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry, is advantageous but not required.
