Advantage Dealer Group in Naperville, IL is seeking an energetic Sales BDC Representative to drive sales opportunities by connecting with customers, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy building relationships and communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

You will respond promptly to internet leads, engage prospects about vehicle availability, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain detailed CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, BDC, call center, or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, customer-first attitude.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
• Engage prospective customers and answer questions regarding vehicle availability and features
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM
• Support dealership marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through appointment arrival
