Job summary

Growing Family Dealer Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to generate and qualify leads, nurture customer relationships, and assist in sales strategy development. The role focuses on driving growth through effective communication and a high-energy approach.

Ideal candidates will have automotive sales experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to mentor others while maintaining strong organizational follow-up. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle deals, submit to lenders for approval, and close deals.
• Build relationships to drive the sales process and client satisfaction.
• Establish trust to create a network of clientele and prospects.
• Set vision and goals for sales performance and lead the team.
• Motivate and engage the team to meet goals and standard processes.
• Participate in day-to-day operations to drive business growth.
• Lead negotiation, explain vehicle options and pricing.
