Paul Miller Auto Group is seeking a motivated Sales/Customer Service professional to join the Paul Miller BMW Team in Wayne, NJ. You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, schedule appointments for service and sales, and work with the dealership staff to drive customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma, strong communication skills, and a customer-service oriented attitude. Automotive dealership experience is preferred, and comfort with computers and multi-tasking is

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer internet inquiries by email and phone.
• Handle all incoming/outgoing calls and emails.
• Manage customer contacts through e-leads, service, follow-up and lead generation.
• Schedule sales/service appointments and follow-ups.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives; follow up to drive dealership visits.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and high customer satisfaction in all dealings.
• Interact with customers and dealership staff across departments.
