Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Sales BDC Administrator at Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills to be the first point of contact for customers beginning their car-buying journey. The role offers a $20.00 per hour base pay plus bonuses with a 9am-5pm weekday schedule and extended sales hours for the department.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email, schedule appointments, and document interactions in the CRM while collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, sales, or BDC experience.
• Comfortable speaking to customers by phone, text, and email.
• Ability to provide professional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and confirm appointments through follow-up communication.
• Build relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the dealership CRM.
• Work with the sales team to help create a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

The pay for this position is $20.00 an hour plus bonuses. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
