Lithia & Driveway is hiring Sales Representatives at Keyes Lexus of Valencia in California. Join a high-volume luxury dealership and guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process.

You will build relationships, conduct demos and test drives, respond to leads, and strive to exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals. Prior automotive sales experience and CDK/ADP familiarity are preferred, with a valid driver’s license.

• Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.
• Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
• Department Hours : Mon-Sat: 9am-8pm and Sun: 10am-7pm

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring

• CDK/ADP experience.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
