Anaheim Hyundai, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Sales BDC Administrator to handle daily call-ins, appointment setting, and follow-up with customers. This on-site role requires open availability and a focus on service and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments via phone for daily call-ins and floor traffic.
• Use internet resources to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
• Build knowledge of product pricing, promotions, and events.
• Gather accurate customer information for follow-up and retention.

What You’ll Do

• Use phone skills to set appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
• Use our internet resources to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years experience in a BDC role.
• 1+ years experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to communicate over the phone and other digital communication channels.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Professional personal appearance.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $18.

This position will also be eligible for a bonus based on appointments scheduled, shown rate, and sold rates.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
