La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a motivated sales associate to join our team. You will drive store sales through exceptional customer service, in-store product knowledge, and adherence to the La-Z-Boy selling process.

The role includes paid training at $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks, with average annual earnings of $45,000 to $65,000+ including base, bonus and commissions, reflecting performance and store results.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to upsell furniture and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply the La-Z-Boy selling process and product knowledge.
• Comfort interpreting interior design concepts and translating them to clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services offered by La-Z-Boy.
• Promote the Design program & assist the Designer to achieve established Design program sales goals.
• Consistently execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and strive to provide a favorable experience to all customers.
• Develop and utilize sales skills including approach, rapport building, needs discovery, presentations, handling objections, closing, and follow-up.
• Maximize store promotions, marketing initiatives, and grassroots programs.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and features; coordinate with deliveries.
