Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring for a customer-focused sales role at our furniture store. You will drive sales, promote the Design program with the Designer, and deliver a superior customer experience using the La-Z-Boy selling process.

Training pays $16/hour for 2-6 weeks with no commission. Post-training base pay is $13.50/hour plus commissions and quarterly bonuses, with average annual earnings of $35,000–$55,000+. Flexibility, strong product knowledge, and customer service are essential.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience or interest in interior design beneficial.
• Ability to learn La-Z-Boy selling process and products.

Responsibilities
