Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in the United States seeks a sales associate to drive store sales through furniture, accessories and design services. You will follow the selling process, promote design programs, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

The role offers training pay during onboarding, uncapped commissions on sales, and a structured base pay with a measurable bonus plan. Health, retirement, and paid time off benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store sales goals.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to meet sales goals.
• Executes the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Develops product knowledge to advise customers and support store promotions.
• Schedule deliveries and maintain customer records and follow-up.
