Job summary

RR Donnelley is hiring an Associate for Sales entering a full-time, entry-level role that includes a four-month Associate Development Program (ADP). The program provides sales strategies and industry knowledge to build a successful career as a Sales Associate.

February 2027 cohort start date is required. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, shadowing, and supporting senior reps in sourcing and managing new and existing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales
• Experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills; high motivation to learn

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business
• Attend internal and external sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment
• Participate in marketing and sales publications to increase industry knowledge
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
