The February 2027 cohort is the current recruitment target for Des Moines, with opportunities to shadow senior reps, build a funnel, and advance through internal sales meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and explain ROI to customers
• Willingness to travel within designated territory
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation; prospect and cold call to build new accounts
• Shadow sales reps; some travel required
• Assist senior reps in sourcing, securing and managing business, both new and existing
• Attend internal and external sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment
• Continue development through marketing and sales publications
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
