RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an Associate - Sales in Smyrna, TN for an entry-level role with a four-month development program designed to train you in prospecting, cold calling, and building a new accounts pipeline. You will shadow senior reps and support sourcing, securing, and managing business across the territory.

The program begins in February 2027; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn; make data-driven decisions and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Prior experience using a CRM (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist with sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment.
• Pursue continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
