The role focuses on speaking with leads, following up consistently, and coordinating in-person consultations with our coaching team to grow the member base and strengthen community presence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
