Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building with leads and local communities. You will lead conversations that turn interest into in-person consultations and long-term memberships, while maintaining a high-touch, professional approach with families and athletes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
