D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive outbound outreach, book consultations, and build rapport with athletes, parents, and local partners. You'll work with our coaching team to schedule in-person sales conversations and move memberships forward.

The role rewards proactive communication, consistency, and the ability to manage a high volume of contacts. You’ll represent D1 Training in the community and help grow a fast‑growing athletic training brand.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
