D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive appointment setting and outbound outreach, building relationships with athletes, parents, and local teams. This role focuses on generating in-person consultations that convert to memberships, with a professional presence in the local community.

The ideal candidate excels at talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
