Massage Envy Collierville is hiring for a guest services role in a hybrid setting. You may be scheduled to work at any of the four Memphis-area Massage Envy locations: Collierville, Germantown, Midtown Memphis, and Cordova.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with a base pay plus tips/bonuses/commissions, healthcare for full-time employees, and a supportive team focused on Total Body Care. Training is provided and you’ll help build a loyal client base.

Competenze

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills; able to build guest relationships.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy Wellness Program and services; assist with bookings and homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base in-person and via phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
