Job summary

Massage Envy Corinth is seeking friendly, client-focused team members to deliver exceptional wellness experiences. You’ll promote Total Body Care, educate clients on services, and drive bookings while providing warm, personalized service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Full-time and part-time options are available. Earn $13.00 per hour base plus tips, with benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, and opportunities for growth through in-depth training and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Wellness Program, sell retail, book future services, and encourage homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questionsHelp grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
