Job summary

Massage Envy The Streets of Brentwood is seeking energetic team members to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and help grow the member base in a busy Brentwood clinic. We offer full- and part-time roles with in-person shifts and a competitive pay range of $17.00-$19.00 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and encourage retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
