Job summary

Massage Envy Pocket is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and drive homecare product purchases while maintaining an inviting, organized clinic environment.

Candidates should have retail or sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills to build lasting guest relationships. This role requires night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; encourage bookings and homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
• Keep the clinic clean, disinfected, and organized.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Keeping clinic clean, disinfected and free of clutter
