Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to elevate analytics from reporting to strategic decision support across the commercial sales environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, set vision, and partner with senior leaders to drive measurable business impact.

You will own the analytics product portfolio, define KPIs, ensure trusted dashboards, and guide adoption and data quality while balancing operational needs with strategic growth in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or related field.
Experience leading analytics teams and delivering dashboards.
Ability to partner with senior leaders and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team and set clear expectations.
Develop proactive analytics products and dashboards for decision support.
Define KPI portfolio and prioritize high-impact work.
Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable insights.
Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, scalable, and trusted.
