Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is seeking a Strategic Sales Data Analyst to advance analytics across product and sales channels. You will develop dashboards and partner across Sales Operations to deliver insights that inform business decisions.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders, influence strategic directions, and contribute to the design of sales metrics and compensation programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Ability to translate data into consumable insights to support business decisions.
• Proven consulting and influencing decisions through data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for distribution analysis and executive reporting.
• Support sales compensation design, metric development, and strategic analyses.
• Partner with Sales Operations and other business areas to deliver insights that inform decisions.
