Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Experience providing effective consulting and influencing decisions through data analysis to drive business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and Business Objects, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of distribution channels and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations.
